Comments : I am just wondering if I could ask advice,I will soon be getting a japanese spitz puppy and you say on your website you recommend spaying/neutering,I thought that if this was done it was detrimental to the coat and made it have a wooly appearance and texture?Also do you feel a male or female is better to have as a family pet as we really cannot make up our minds and would like an unbiased opinion.

Comments : Looks exactly the Dog (valued companion) I will need in the future. I have a 13 year old Norwegian Elkhound who I adore and will until she passes on. (Had 2 Norwegian Elkhounds ) My husband passed away a few months ago. I love Spitz breeds and have been looking for a smaller one. Japanese Spitz looks ideal. Training & caring for a puppy will be a great thing for me when I lose my precious Vika. Thanks . Love your website.
